✨ A quick refresh to keep your nose looking exactly how you want it.
✅ How it works:
A small amount of hyaluronic acid filler is injected where your previous treatment has naturally softened, topping up the volume that lifts, straightens or defines your nose shape.
✅ Who it's for:
You've had nose filler before and want to maintain your result
Your shape has settled slightly unevenly or lost a little definition
You started conservatively and now want to build a bit more projection
✅ The benefits:
Keeps your result looking sharp without waiting for it to fade
Smaller volume means a quicker appointment with less swelling
Lets you refine or adjust your shape gradually
Maintains the confidence of a profile you like
Costs less than a full treatment because you need less product
✅ What's included:
A quick review of your current result and what you'd like to adjust
Numbing cream applied before we start
Precise injections with Revolax Deep, a long-lasting filler designed for noses
Gentle shaping and moulding to settle everything in place
Aftercare guidance and a follow-up check if needed
✅ What to expect:
One session only — no course needed
You'll see the change straight away, with the final settled look at two weeks
Results last nine to eighteen months, though most people book top-ups every two to four months to stay ahead of any softening
💡 The perfect way to protect the investment you made in your first treatment and keep your profile looking its best.
Common questions
Is there any downtime?
You'll usually have small marks where the needle went in for a day or two, and some swelling that settles within 48 to 72 hours. Most people carry on as normal, though you might want to avoid heavy glasses for a week or two.
Does it hurt?
It's quite manageable — we put numbing cream on first, and the filler itself contains lidocaine which numbs as it goes in. Most people say it feels like pressure rather than anything sharp.
How many sessions will I need?
Just one session. If you've got a wedding or a big event coming up, book at least two weeks beforehand so any swelling has completely settled.
How long do the results last?
You'll see the change straight away, with everything settled at about two weeks. From there it typically lasts nine to eighteen months, though most people book top-ups every two to four months to keep their result looking sharp rather than waiting for it to fade.
Are there any side effects?
You can expect some redness, swelling and tenderness where the needle went in, and the odd small bruise for a few days. Temporary lumpiness or slight asymmetry is normal at first and settles as the filler integrates. Serious complications are rare but include blocked blood vessels, skin damage or vision problems — this is why nose filler must only be done by experienced practitioners with emergency protocols in place.
Before your treatment
Avoid alcohol for 24 hours before — it thins the blood and increases bruising
Stop blood thinners like aspirin or ibuprofen three days before if safe for you
Skip the gym and any extreme heat for 24 hours beforehand
Come with clean skin and no makeup on your nose
Tell Bella about any cold sores or skin infections near your nose
Avoid dental work for two weeks before and after
Aftercare
Sleep with your head raised on two pillows for two to three nights to reduce swelling
Don't touch, rub or press on your nose for at least 48 hours
Avoid makeup over the injection sites for 24 hours
No gym, saunas, hot baths or sunbeds for 48 hours
Skip alcohol for 24 hours — it worsens swelling and bruising
Don't wear heavy glasses for one to two weeks — they can press on the filler
Arnica cream can help with any bruising
Who it isn’t suitable for
Do not book if you are pregnant or breastfeeding
Must be over 18 — we check ID
Avoid if you have ever had a bad reaction to hyaluronic acid or lidocaine
Not suitable with active cold sores, acne or skin infection on or near the nose
Recent laser, chemical peel or dermabrasion in the area — wait two weeks
Blood-thinning medication increases bruising risk — tell Bella at consultation

How it compares
✅ Compared with Full Non-Surgical Rhinoplasty
Amount of filler used — Nose Filler Top-Up (2-4 Months) uses roughly 0.2 to 0.5ml, topping up where your previous treatment has naturally softened; Full Non-Surgical Rhinoplasty uses 0.5 to 1.0ml to build your primary shape from scratch.

✅ Compared with Nose Filler Dissolve Only
Primary purpose — Nose Filler Top-Up (2-4 Months) puts more filler in to enhance your look and keep your result looking sharp; Nose Filler Dissolve Only takes all filler out using an enzyme called hyaluronidase to reset your nose to its natural state.
Best for — Nose Filler Top-Up (2-4 Months) is for you if you like where you are and want to stay there; Nose Filler Dissolve Only is for you if you hate your current result or have complications and need to start fresh.
What happens to your shape — Nose Filler Top-Up (2-4 Months) maintains your enhanced shape by topping up volume that has naturally softened; Nose Filler Dissolve Only strips everything back to your natural nose, with swelling and a wait before any re-treatment.
Pain level — Nose Filler Top-Up (2-4 Months) feels like pressure rather than anything sharp, with numbing cream and lidocaine in the filler itself; Nose Filler Dissolve Only stings and burns more than having filler put in - about a 5 out of 10 - because the enzyme itself creates a sensation as it works.
Choose dissolve if you hate your current result or have complications; choose top-up if you like where you are and want to stay there
